RedBeam Inventory is an easy to use complete Inventory Tracking solution. Track the movement of materials by using barcodes and barcode scanners to receive, move and issue items within your warehouse, distribution center, stockroom or store. RedBeam Inventory Tracking gives you the option of using a corded barcode scanner (Standard Edition) or a mobile handheld computer (Mobile Edition).
All versions come with RedBeam barcode labels which can be printed directly from the software. You can print barcodes to the supplied Avery type labels or to a barcode printer. Redbeam allows you to import data from Excel to speed up your initial data entry and you can Export data to Excel for improved data review. Redbeam has an extensive reports library which will provide all the information you need about your inventory.
Standard Edition
The standard edition of the software is a complete item database with the ability to use cabled barcode scanners attached to PC workstations. Receive, move, issue and adjust inventory on the PC by scanning items with a cabled barcode scanner or by entering data manually. Print count sheets and take a periodic physical inventory. Print inventory, reorder, out-of-stock, overstock and transaction reports.
Mobile Edition
The mobile edition of the software is a complete item database plus the ability to collect data on scanner-enabled mobile computers. The software includes unlimited mobile computer licenses for compatible mobile computer models. Receive, move, issue, adjust or take a physical inventory on the PC or using the mobile barcode scanner. The mobile scanner gives you the ability to scan your items where they are located rather than at one central scanning station.
