RedBeam Check In/Check Out is an easy to use complete Asset Tracking solution. RedBeam Check In/Check Out gives you the option of using a tethered barcode scanner (Standard Edition) or a mobile handheld computer (Mobile Edition)
All versions come with RedBeam barcode labels which can be printed directly from the software. You can print barcodes to the supplied Avery type labels or to a barcode printer. Redbeam allows you to import data from Excel to speed up your initial data entry and you can Export data to Excel for improved data review. Redbeam has an extensive reports library which will provide all the information you need about your inventory.
Standard Edition
The standard edition of the software is a complete item database with the ability to use cabled barcode scanners attached to PC workstations. Use the barcode scanner to check items in or out and the system does the rest. Mobile Edition
The mobile edition of the software is a complete item database plus the ability to collect data on scanner-enabled mobile computers. The software includes unlimited mobile computer licenses for compatible mobile computer models. Check items in or out on the PC or using the mobile barcode scanner.
