RedBeam Check In/Check Out is an easy to use complete Asset Tracking solution. Track tools, equipment, file folders, rental items or demo gear using this intuitive, affordable and complete tracking system.  RedBeam Check In/Check Out gives you the option of using a tethered barcode scanner (Standard Edition) or a mobile handheld computer (Mobile Edition)

All versions come with RedBeam barcode labels which can be printed directly from the software. You can print barcodes to the supplied Avery type labels or to a barcode printer. Redbeam allows you to import data from Excel to speed up your initial data entry and you can Export data to Excel for improved data review. Redbeam has an extensive reports library which will provide all the information you need about your inventory.

Standard Edition

The standard edition of the software is a complete item database with the ability to use cabled barcode scanners attached to PC workstations. Use the barcode scanner to check items in or out and the system does the rest. The powerful database allows you to monitor item usage, collect fees, review transactions, locate items, track overdue items and more!!

Mobile Edition

The mobile edition of the software is a complete item database plus the ability to collect data on scanner-enabled mobile computers. The software includes unlimited mobile computer licenses for compatible mobile computer models. Check items in or out on the PC or using the mobile barcode scanner. The mobile scanner gives you the ability to scan your items where they are located rather than at one central scanning station. Report by item, location or project!
