REDBEAM ASSET TRACKING

RedBeam Asset Tracker is an easy to use complete AssetTracking solution.
Track computers, equipment, furniture, vehicles and other valuable assets using this intuitive, affordable and complete asset tracking system. RedBeam Inventory Tracking gives you the option of using a corded barcode scanner ( Standard Edition) or a mobile handheld computer (Mobile Edition).

All versions come with RedBeam barcode labels which can be printed directly from the software.  You can print barcodes to the supplied Avery type labels or to a barcode printer. Redbeam allows you to import data from Excel to speed up your initial data entry and you can Export data to Excel for improved data review.  Redbeam has an extensive reports library which will provide all the information you need about your inventory.

Standard Edition

The standard edition of the software is a complete item database with the ability to use cabled barcode scanners attached to PC workstations. Use the barcode scanner to update asset data or to take a physical inventory.  Scanning is ideal for audit inventories, updating IT information and receiving.  Report on located and missing items, asset status, asset history, asset value, depreciation, purchasing, maintenance history, lease and warranty expiration, IT information and more!



Supports Windows NT, 2000, XP or 2003 using a corded scanner like the Motorola Symbol LS2208

Mobile Edition

The mobile edition of the software is a complete item database plus the ability to collect data on scanner-enabled mobile computers. The software includes unlimited mobile computer licenses for compatible mobile computer models. Receive, move, issue, adjust assets or take a physical inventory on the PC or using the mobile barcode scanner. The mobile scanner gives you the ability to scan your items where they are located rather than at one central scanning station. Report on located and missing items, asset status, asset history, asset value, depreciation, purchasing, maintenance history, lease and warranty expiration, IT information and more!
