Vendors’ Profiles eliminate repetitive work, make inquiries smarter and purchasing easier. You can set up a vendor profile by simply dragging and dropping parts to the vendor.  And the system can create quantity/price breaks, so you can take advantage of the best deal.  Once your vendor profile and purchase order are created, most of the work is done. The system remembers and reminds you about what you buy from each vendor. Purchase orders are created by dragging and dropping demand requirements to the chosen vendor – no need to enter repetitive information like vendor, terms, ship to, freight type, etc. Once the PO/release is created, you have the flexibility to adjust the quantity, date or other requirements at any time. 

RealTime Manufacturing has the ability to plan purchasing based on MRP, KANBAN, Inventory Levels, or a combination thereof…RealTime also supports vendor managed inventory. Every order is on-line and instantly transmitted through the Direct Flow Vendor Communications Software. This allows for continuous communications between your company and your vendors to ensure just-in-time delivery.
