Blanket orders provide a template for repetitive orders. The destination, customer and part stay the same. The only changes required are the part quantity and date. The relationship on a blanket order is one part, one destination. The release history is maintained, allowing you to view historical data. RealTime Manufacturing performs release accounting within the Blanket Order module and tables.

The EDI/ASN “Control Center” delivers worry-free protection over your vital electronic data interchange transactions. RealTime Manufacturing's unique usage of event driven windows lets you know when there's work to be done. For example, only unprocessed orders are displayed on the shipping scheduler. Once an order is scheduled, it disappears from the scheduler, and the shipping dock is informed that it has a job to do. Once shipped out, the order is removed from the dock, and appears in the invoice window for your accounting department. The system was painstakingly designed to quickly display relevant information in order to increase throughput throughout your organization. It's simple, accurate, informative, and better.
